If ResearchBack has listed a paper of yours, you can claim authorship, verify identity, and gain control over its page. Add the real materials behind the paper (datasets, code, simulations, teaching packs) and choose how they’re shared.

Submit a Claim

Provide enough proof below so we can verify quickly.

Required information

Paper title, DOI/URL, and the ResearchBack page link you want to claim
Your full name as it appears on the paper + affiliation
Preferred contact email (institutional address recommended)
Brief note: what you want to do (update page, add materials, request corrections, etc.)

Accepted proof of ownership (any one or more)

Email from an institutional domain matching your author profile
ORCID profile linking to the paper
Publisher page showing you as a co/lead author
ArXiv/SSRN/Preprint profile matching your name + paper
Co-author confirmation from a verified institutional email

How claiming works

Find the page
Copy the URL of the ResearchBack paper page you want to claim.

Submit the claim
Send your details and at least one proof of authorship using the form.

Verification
We compare your information with public author records (publisher, ORCID, co-authors).

Access granted
Once verified, you’ll get author access to manage the page and materials.

After your claim is approved

Update the page (abstract, links, author list, corrections)
Add the real materials: datasets, code, simulations, experimental data, teaching packs
Choose sharing mode (free, paid, or request-access) according to your preferences
Link your author profile and showcase related works

Can multiple co-authors claim the same paper?

Yes. We can assign shared access. Please list co-authors’ emails so we can invite them.

What if the page has errors?

Include the correct details in your claim (title, author order, affiliations, links). We’ll update during verification.

Disputes & takedowns

If you believe a page is misattributed or infringes rights, submit a claim describing the issue and include evidence. We’ll review promptly.
